With over 14 years of experience across the global wine and spirits industry, Finian Sedgwick has built brands, opened markets, and advised businesses from seed stage to scale — spanning China, the U.S., Ireland, Australia, and beyond. He founded Sedgwick Consulting to provide ambitious drinks businesses with the strategic, commercial, and operational expertise they need to compete on the world stage. Finian's advisory work covers brand strategy, market entry, financing, and route-to-market planning. His portfolio includes partnerships with leading producers, emerging craft brands, and technology ventures reshaping how spirits are bought, sold, and collected. He is also co-founder of BAXUS and Black Emerald Irish Whiskey.

Oisin Sedgwick brings a rare combination of creative vision and entrepreneurial rigour to Sedgwick Consulting. As co-founder of SALTHOUSE, a brand intelligence, strategy, and design studio, Oisin works at the intersection of data-led insight and compelling brand storytelling. He also serves as Brand Manager for Black Emerald Irish Whiskey, where he has helped shape the brand from concept through to market launch. Based in Munich, Oisin's international perspective and background spanning technology, health, and the creative industries gives Sedgwick Consulting a distinctive edge in brand positioning, visual identity, and cultural strategy for drinks brands looking to stand out in competitive global markets.

With a background in research science and a successful entrepreneurial career building a bespoke cake business in New York — focused on private clients and high-touch speciality work — Phuc understands what it takes to deliver exceptional quality at every touchpoint. At Sedgwick Consulting, she ensures that the ambitious strategies we develop for our partners are executed with analytical rigour and creative excellence. Her latest focus areas include helping brands capitalise on emerging trends in real time and delivering best-in-glass direct-to-consumer strategy for consumer-first alcohol brands.
